Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè (/ˈsanë/ /ʃɪˈlekè/ [fair; just] [government]) is a subtropical Town located in the Jajëhifitë Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè was founded by Isabel Zlèj, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè has a yearly average temperature of 23°C (73°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 17°C (62°F). Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè receives an average of 255 cm/y (100 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 840 m (2755 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè was founded durring the late 16th century in winter of the year 1471, by Isabel Zlèj. The establishment of Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè's construction back out of the project. Isabel Zlèj pushed on reguardles, and Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber and earth construction, with most buildigns first floors resembling mounds of earth, with subsequent floors appearing as elaborate log cabins, with each building forming a tiered pyramid of sorts fromed from the stack of rectangular, peek roofed cabins. Most wooden bracing, support, and trim is carved with decorative knotwork, and the larger structures even feature painted trim which emphasises the knotwork.
Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè is buildings are speckled and packed arround restrictive cobblestone streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town has a fortified albit thin brick wall. The wall has most of the feeatures of a typical castle wall, just on a much smaller scale and and budget. Notably brick isn't a particuarly soild choice for resisting siege weapons. Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè's wall wouldn't hinder a proper army, but it is more than sufishent for bandits and other small marauding groups. The monster and outlaw focused fortifications have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
A look around Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè shows Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè is little more than a wretched hive of scum and villainy. Birbes can be seen changing hands openly, such that it must be customary to do so and must have been for a long time. The locals have no fear, no annoyance at the state of things, it simply is.
Civic Infrastructure
Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè.
Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.

Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
While Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè might ostensibly be ruled by some other power, real control lies with the senior members of the local craft and labor guilds. Their decisions have the practical weight of law, and much of their time and effort is spent squeezing out competitors and parceling out economic opportunities in the community. Some guilds might have little or nothing to do with their original trade, and now exist purely as shells for political influence.
Sanë-shîlekè Dêtîkè's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by grandeur of scale, simplicity of geometric forms, dramatic use of columns, and a preference for blank walls. This design ethos extended to re-imagining earlier styles of structure to create them anew, with a similar overall look and feel to one another..

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century Tarn Rupa began to boil, and released a thick toxic cloud from beneath its waters which brought great calamity to the entire nation, killing every person and animal in its path which could not escape the cloud. Oddly, the plants of the region flourished in the years after the disaster. The disaster brought an end to people, livestock, and buildings. The disaster is referred to as the Dread Wind.
